Although we go for the laughs, many of the stories we cover here at Agent Bedhead are kind of depressing. Time and again, it’s appalling misbehavior and moronic comments from people who ought to know better. You’re probably thinking, “Can’t you guys find some more upbeat, inspiring incidents to write about?”

So it’s a real pleasure to bring you this story about someone beating the crap out of Joe Francis. The Girls Gone Wild mastermind was out for a night on the town in Miami with a couple of socialite hangers-on, but started paying more attention to a group of Brazilian models. The boyfriend of one of the models did the honorable thing and gave Joe a serious beating. If this sort of thing happened to Joe Francis every night for a year, he’d be a better person for it and our society as a whole would be noticeably improved. As it is, I salute the hot-tempered men of Brazil, and tonight I’ll drink a caipirinha in your honor. Or possibly several caipirinhas, or may be just a bottle of 100-proof rum like I usually do. But I’ll be drinking it gratefully.
