The Zawahiri letter, which is a six-thousand word letter penned from the number two leader of al Qaeda, has been verified, authenticated, and translated into the English language. It details future plans of terrorism and attack upon the U.S. and its allies. Dan Riehl has posted the entirety of the text, and Confederate Yankee does some Monday morning quarterbacking on the hidden meanings of certain excerpts. This particular excerpt is perhaps of interest to my lurkers:
“And I say to you with sure feeling and I say: That the author of these lines has tasted the bitterness of American brutality, and that my favorite wife’s chest was crushed by a concrete ceiling and she went on calling for aid to lift the stone block off her chest until she breathed her last…”
Gee, that’s just terrible that you lost your favorite wife, but isn’t that why Allah gave you more than one? Such blasphemy, you ungrateful jihadist!

but was it really his favorites wife’s chest or was there some confusion in the translation and did he really mean that it was his favorite chest which featured on one if his wives?
The only reason she’s the favorite one is because she’s the dead one.
A crushed chest could hardly be calling for anything. Nevertheless, the fact that the master of brutality is feeling the bitterness of his just deserves is welcome news.
