Good news so far on Chrissy’s voyage – as of 8:45 pm, she made it to her mother’s house and was helping her pack up to leave shortly. She believes her gasoline tank is full enough to make it to a filling station, which is good news indeed!
UPDATE: 11:10 PM – Approaching a filling station, close enough to home, so that she will make it home on that tank. Her family expects her home around 4AM or so. And my grammar is horrid today.
FINAL update…sometime early/late…she is safe and sound. (Methinks that I’m sounding like an auctioneer?)
…and since I wrote nothing of value today, besides that good news above of course, check out the latest RINO Sightings.

i’m halfway relieved… i’ll rest easy when she’s home safe again with her mother!
She’ll be fine.
I must admit, I haven’t seen the term “filling station” in eons.
Thanks for the update hun, you are just a doll.
Oh, honey!
Thank you so much. You will never know who your good wishes and thoughts have sustained me in the last twenty-four hours.
Mom is okay. She’s dehydrated and much worse for the wear, but she’s on the mend.
It’s simply hellish down there.
Thank you!
