Apparently the couple are a bit envious of the attention Posh and Becks got for their W magazine photo spread, and they want to do something similar. But they intend to make sure that the TomKat spread is hotter and, well, steamier. According to the source:
Sources say a racy photo shoot will allow the pair to show off a side of their relationship that’s rarely seen, with insiders explaining that while they’ve so far kept their public image family oriented, Katie, 28, and her husband have a strong physical side they want share with fans.
Specifically, they want the spread to include at least one nude picture. Apparently they’ve discussed posing in the shower together, with the gory details concealed by the steam.
I’ve got to admit, this project has really got me conflicted. Katie is easy on the eyes, and I wouldn’t object to giving her a closer look. But the notion of having to look at her squatty, hyperactive freakazoid of a hubby waggling his thickish midriff in my general direction is enough to put me off my feed for weeks.

“Katie, 28, and her husband have a strong physical side…” Yes. It involves Tom jumping up and down on couches and Katie doing secret push-ups every night in preparation for her plan to scale down the walls on knotted bedsheets.
I, for one, am sick of Katie Holmes’ free pass. We live in America, where every man is guilty until proven guilty. If she wanted out of there, she’d be out. For whatever reason, Katie doesn’t want to be free.
At least this will confirm once and for all that those rumours about Tom Cruise are untrue. It’s not like anyone sane would stage something like this as a beard.

Tom’s sanity is, umm, open to question. I think both his sanity and his sexuality are still legitimate gossip fodder.
