How fucking cute is this piccie of Balthazar Getty with then-girlfriend Milla Jovovich in the July 1989 issue of Seventeen magazine? Damn, I remember when this issue arrived in the mailbox, and I crushed instantly… on Milla. She had great hair back then but has since favoured the heavily-banged, mulletish look. At the time, Milla was a 13-year old Russian/Serbian international supermodel, and Balthazar was a 13-year old actor just about to hit the scene with Lord of the Flies and Young Guns. Although the name “Balthazar” seemed so fucking cool at the time, I later discovered Balthazar goes by his middle name, for his first name is actually “Paul.” What a letdown.

Nowadays, Milla is chowing down on bone marrow, and Balthazar is alternately groping Sienna Miller’s boobs on an Italian beach and begging for his wife (and mother of his four children) to take him back. Good times, mates.
